Holcim2.2亿美金收购萨尔瓦多Cemento公司股票

　　2004年Cemento公司销售额达1.19亿美金，营业利润0.4亿美金。据中国水泥网了解，此次收购将提高Holcim公司在中美洲的地位。

　　Cemento水泥公司在萨尔瓦多东北部有两家水泥厂， 7个销售中心将水泥销售到萨尔瓦多全国各地。两个厂年产能都有180万吨。

Holcim Ltd., the world's second- biggest cement maker, spent $220 million to increase its stake in Cemento de El Salvador SA to 64.2 percent from 20.3 percent. 

More than 300 Cemento shareholders accepted an offer of $7.35 per share, Jona, Switzerland-based Holcim said in a faxed statement today. In 2004, Cemento had sales of $119 million and operating profit of $40 million, Holcim said. 

The increased participation is ``a further logical step toward strategically strengthening and enhancing its network of positions in Central America,'' the Swiss company said. 

CESSA owns two cement plants in the North East of El Salvador and seven distribution centers that serve all of the country's markets. Both plants have an installed annual cement production capacity of 1.8 million tonnes.
