意大利Cementir在中国投资生产白水泥

意大利Cementir SpA集团丹麦奥尔堡分公司已签定合同购买中国安庆一家白水泥厂，这家工厂将属于奥尔堡安庆白水泥合资公司，该公司奥尔堡占70%的股份，剩余30%由丹麦工业基金会所有。合同共计750万美金，其中包括购买工厂的费用和增加该厂产能的费用。该厂位于安徽省安庆市，目前每年的产能是10万吨。

Cementir SpA said its Danish unit Aalborg Portland has reached an agreement to buy a cement plant from the Chinese group Anqing White Cement.
The plant will be owned by Aalborg White Anqing, a joint venture 70 pct controlled by Aalborg and 30 pct controlled by the Danish Industrialisation Fund for Developing Countries.
The agreement amounts to 7.5 mln usd, and comprises the cost of the purchase and the investments to double the plant's capacity.
The site has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tonnes and is located in Anqing, in the Anhui province
